For Employed Doctors

At present the algorithm provided by the Department of Health/GMC suggests that employed doctors have no choice over which responsible officer their appraiser can relate to. Your responsible officer is the officer appointed by your employer or the employer in which the majority of your work is carried out.

However we can still help employed doctors in the NHS or other employing Organisations track and deal with all their professional administration tasks in a timely fashion, and manage their personal portfolios. Many of the elements of our Independent appraisal and revalidation service can be utilised to stay on top of preparation for your NHS Apraisal/Revalidation

Outside of the appraisal meeting and responsible officer function most our full range of member services can still be accessed by employed doctors.
